personal data held by GCCI (The Gambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry). It

What Data Will Be Deleted:
Upon receiving your account deletion request, we will remove your personal data,
including:
 Name
 Phone number
 Email address

What Data Will Be Retained:
To comply with our reporting obligations and maintain a record of our activities, we will
retain the following information even after your account deletion:
 Stall allocations made to you (without any personal data attached)
 Number of tickets purchased by you (in aggregate, not linked to your account)
This retained data will be anonymized and will not be used to identify you in any way.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your account, please submit a request to our support team at
support@gcci.gm.
In your request, please clearly state your intention to delete your account and
acknowledge that your personal data will be removed but some activity data may be
retained for reporting purposes in an anonymized format.
Processing Time
We will process your account deletion request within a reasonable timeframe, typically
within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive confirmation once your
account deletion is complete.
Your Right to Withdraw Consent
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as
outlined in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time
by requesting account deletion as described above.
